Friday thru Sunday & Holidays:                       $40 per hour includes kitchen/bar

Total Occupancy 140 with tables

Linen for tables: Table Linen $6 per Table

Skirting for tables: $6 per Table

Certified Bartender: $25 per hour

 

Deposit: 50% of rental charge plus refundable security/damage deposit of $100 required at time of signing.
